Sales Tax Policy

The Buyer shall be responsible for the payment of all sales, use, and similar taxes within the State of Illinois based on current sales tax rate, unless a sales tax exempt from is provided upon purchase and prior to shipping goods.

Out of state purchases may be subject to state sales and use tax unless a copy of the state sales tax exempt form is provided upon purchase of goods. Buyer shall be responsible for payment of all taxes on sale of the goods.
