Shipping & Returns
You may return undamaged, unused and newly purchased items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 10% restock fee. Please contact us prior to shipping back any return and/or exchange item(s). Original ship cost and cost for shipping the return and/or exchange is the purchasers responsibility.
Note: Repackaging the items for return shipment must be in a manner that it protects the items being returned to the manufacturer. Protect all sides and corners of the contents from ship damage by filling with paper or other protective packaging material (simply putting the metal parts and accessories in a box without protection will surely cause damage to the parts and may affect your refund.) Use good, solid packaging for the outer box.
You should expect to receive your refund in a timely manner of our receiving the items back.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Our preferred shipping method is FedEx Ground for shipments within the Continental United States (lower 48 states). Other destinations shipped on the based best method available. Larger ordered items, such as Structural Composite Lumber and Rubber Flooring, ship LTL and costs are estimated from the detailed individual order and destination.
When requesting a quote, the estimated shipping costs and delivery dates are calculated and based on the availability of your items and the shipping address provided.
Note that the shipping rates are weight-based. The approximate weight of any such item can be found on its online product page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
